Red Banjar was first cultivated in the Banjar Valley, in the Hulu district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Locally known as the “Valley of God,” the Banjar expanse has provided the mildly warm temperatures and predictable rainfall that’s best suited to a good harvest.

Although Red Banjar Kratom is historically grown in the Banjar region, much of the current crop comes from surrounding areas across Southeast Asia such as Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and parts beyond.
